This new start business was looking to purchase a water treadmill. This treadmill would aid in the recovery of racehorses training on their farm. Despite the odds against a new-start business, we successfully secured £148,000 for the water treadmill. The deal was structured as a Lease Agreement with a minimal deposit. It also included an upfront payment and spanned across a five-year term. This structure offered manageable payments to the business in its early trading stages. We even beat a competing broker who had already sent documents to the customer by offering a more affordable deal!

This deal allowed the business to generate a crucial new stream of income within their farm and horse training facility!
